Requirements
Students who pursue a minor in Mediterranean Archaeology must complete a minimum of 18 credit hours, usually 5 to 6 courses:
- One course in each of the three areas represented in the program: Near Eastern Archaeology, Classical World, and Egyptology.
- MESAS/ANTH 204: Introduction to Archaeology course or an approved equivalent course focused on methodology.
- One or two additional course from the list of approved, related course.
Students should consult with the Director of Undergraduate Studies to ensure they take enough courses to meet the 18-hour credit minimum for the minor.
